Vegan no-bake brownies

These vegan no bake brownies are the best brownies and you can get your fix without all the  processed or refined ingredients!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
  • 2 tsp gluten free pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cup pitted dates (soaked for 2 hours)
  • 1/2 cup raw almond butter (or raw peanut butter)
  • 1 cup sunflower seed butter (or nut butter of your choice) Brownie caramel sauce Ingredient
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup Brownie caramel sauce Ingredient
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt Brownie caramel sauce Ingredient
  • 1 tsp vanilla Brownie caramel sauce Ingredient
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Brownie caramel sauce Ingredient

Vegan no-bake brownies
Instructions
  1. Process nuts in a food processor into powder
  2. In a separate batch process almond butter, raw cacao, dates, salt and vanilla extract. Process in food processor until well blended.
  3. Combine both ingredients and mix until they form a thick even textured chocolate butter. You can use a spoon or electric mixer.
  4. Press the batter into an 9×9 pan, add caramel topping, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Cut into 2x2 inch squares
  6. Brownie caramel sauce-
  7. Add all brownie caramel sauce ingredients in a blender mix well. If mixture is too thick you can add 2 Tablespoons coconut oil.
  8. Spread on top of brownies, sprinkle with cacao nibs and you're ready to eat. Yummy!
