Ingredients
  • 1cup pecans
  • 1/2cup raw cacao powder
  • 2tsp gluten free pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 2cup pitted dates(soaked for 2 hours)
  • 1/2cup raw almond butter(or raw peanut butter)
  • 1cup sunflower seed butter(or nut butter of your choice) Brownie caramel sauce Ingredient
  • 1/2cup pure maple syrupBrownie caramel sauce Ingredient
  • 1/2tsp sea saltBrownie caramel sauce Ingredient
  • 1tsp vanillaBrownie caramel sauce Ingredient
  • 1/2tsp CinnamonBrownie caramel sauce Ingredient
Instructions
  1. Process nuts in a food processor into powder
  2. In a separate batch process almond butter, raw cacao, dates, salt and vanilla extract. Process in food processor until well blended.
  3. Combine both ingredients and mix until they form a thick even textured chocolate butter. You can use a spoon or electric mixer.
  4. Press the batter into an 9×9 pan, add caramel topping, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Cut into 2×2 inch squares
  6. Brownie caramel sauce-
  7. Add all brownie caramel sauce ingredients in a blender mix well. If mixture is too thick you can add 2 Tablespoons coconut oil.
  8. Spread on top of brownies, sprinkle with cacao nibs and you’re ready to eat. Yummy!
