pecans

raw cacao powder

gluten free pure vanilla extract

pitted dates
(soaked for 2 hours)

raw almond butter
(or raw peanut butter)

sunflower seed butter

Instructions
Process nuts in a food processor into powder
In a separate batch process almond butter, raw cacao, dates, salt and vanilla extract. Process in food processor until well blended.
Combine both ingredients and mix until they form a thick even textured chocolate butter. You can use a spoon or electric mixer.
Press the batter into an 9×9 pan, add caramel topping, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Cut into 2×2 inch squares
Brownie caramel sauce-
Add all brownie caramel sauce ingredients in a blender mix well. If mixture is too thick you can add 2 Tablespoons coconut oil.
Spread on top of brownies, sprinkle with cacao nibs and you’re ready to eat. Yummy!
