Ingredients
  • 2cups Frozen Mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1/4cups Oats
  • 2cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 2tbsps Hemp Seeds
  • 1/4 Lemon (juiced)
Instructions
  1. Throw all ingredients into a blender. Blend well until smooth.
  2. Divide into glasses and enjoy!
Recipe Notes

No Banana

Sweeten with raw honey, maple syrup or soaked dates instead.

More Protein

Add more hemp seeds, a scoop of protein powder or spoonful of nut butter.

More Fibre

Add ground flax seed.
