Ingredients
  • 1/2cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1tbsp Raw Honey
  • 1 banana (frozen)
  • 1cup Frozen Raspberries
  • 1tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1cup water
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until very smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
