Good Morning Coffee Smoothie
This decadent creamy textured drink comes courtesy of the cashews, which also adds 5 grams of protein to help keep your hunger and blood sugar balanced.

Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews soaked overnight for best smooth texture or if you are in a hurry  just add as is.
  • 1/2 banana peeled and chopped (frozen optional)
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup cooled coffee of your liking
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or milk of your choice I like orgain organic vanilla unsweetenatural sweetened protein milk with 10x protein
  • 1/2 T maple syrup optional
